Oobi understands that sometimes you may need to return an item to us so we endevour to make the process as easy as possible for you. Please see our Return Policy and step by step guide below.

b)   How to Return an Item:

1) To Return an item to us please first log into your Oobi Account. This link can be found at the top right hand corner on the 'Go Shopping' page at www.oobi.com.au

2) Once logged into your account, click on the 'Completed Orders' link found in middle of this web page.

3) Find the Order that the item you would like to return was purchased on and on the right hand side of the order click on the button 'Return item(s)'

4) Find the item in your order which you would like to submit a return request against and include the quantity.

5) Next in the drop down menu's at the bottom of the page, please identify:

1) The reason why you are returning the garment;

2) What outcome you would ideally like (note: restrictions apply based on the type of return)

3) In the 'Comments' text box please briefly explain the exact reason you are returning the garment.

4) For faulty garment's, please upload a minimum of 2 pictures that clearly show any potential garment faults;

Click the 'Submit Return Request' ;

Next one of the Big Oobi's will contact you to confirm your return and all our postage information.

c)   Other Important Information to Note Regarding Returns

The item(s) must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please also include the original invoice. Delivery costs will only be reimbursed if the wrong item was delivered or if the item was unknowingly defective.

Oobi Clothing WILL NOT exchange or return on any order placed online using this website at any of our retail stores.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept exchange or refund requests for special product mark downs, sample clothing, sale item or items that are no longer stocked unless the goods are unknowingly defective.

We reserve the right to refuse a product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of care or washing instructions.
