My little girl has been in love with her "polar bear hat" since she got it 6 months ago. Super cute and has kept her ears warm all winter. With the arrival of my little niece I ordered another for her to grow in to. There was a mix up with the colour in the order and the fantastic customer support team were generous enough to let us keep both the incorrect coloured beanie and the replacement that they sent free of charge.
