We've hand-designed the elastic for the waist of this cool, 1970s tiered skirt to create a fun vibe bringing the past into the future. For a little bit of sparkle, and a whole lot of fun.

The length is KNEE length on 'average' heights for the age group. Our tweens are quite tall and the skirts appear shorter on them (which we think looks awesome!). However, we always show garments on the 'correct' age so you can choose to upsize or downsize to your taste.
