To pickup your order from our Penrith (Sydney NSW) Warehouse please select 'Pickup' at the checkout stage of your order. Our Warehouse is available for pickup Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm by appointment only. Please allow time for pick and pack.
UPDATE USA TARIFFS
Although the information has been changing a little recently, all our Made in India garments are tariff free until July 9th. If you are shopping from the USA please contact us and we will discuss sharing any extra costs with you should they arise unexpectedly. However for the time being, orders sent to the USA are exempt.

Should you choose the wrong size, or should our clothes not fit for any reason, we will cover the costs for returns and also for the exchange.
Simply contact us for more info on how to exchange in the unlikely event that your outfit not fit. We will exchange for the size up or down, whatever you choose.
If your preferred size is not available in the style chosen, we will happily exchange for a different garment in the correct size as long as the price is equal or close to equal.
It depends on where you are.
We have a super fast pick and dispatch guarantee, usually no more than 1-2 business days. During launch and sale times it can take a little longer, please bear with us.
Australian orders for capital cities typically take about 3-5 business days to arrive.
Express orders are prioritised and dispatched within 24 hours.
Overseas or remote Australian deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You can follow the shipping process at every stage using the information supplied.

Some tips to help:
Go by age - if your child or the child you are purchasing for is of "average" height, simply choose by age. If they are taller or shorter than average upsize or downsize.
Go by height - this is a much more precise way to choose and all Oobi garments have height and age comparisons with height in cms. In the link below we have helpful tips about how to measure your child's height without a tape measure too!

If you are looking for a gorgeous timeless piece for your little girl look no further. The print of this dress is absolutely stunning and the blue floral print paired with the pops of red on the Peter Pan collar is a match made in heaven. We wore this piece with the red knit cardigan and loved them as a set. It’s easy to wear and looks great with both sneakers or sandals. The girls loved twirling in their dresses and found them very comfortable to wear. I love the feel of the fabric and fit of the dress- the perfect wardrobe showstopper!

A gorgeous dress that fit my little one perfectly. The quality of the fabric is fantastic, not thin and cheap feeling, but very sturdy and held well on whilst being worn. Went very well with the matching blue knee high socks to make an adorable outfit!
