Australia & New Zealand Delivery
Oobi uses eParcel via Australia POST for all Australian deliveries. Please allow 3-5 business days for all deliveries to capital cities and major metropolitan areas throughout Australia, and 4-8 business days for all other areas within Australia. New Zealand deliveries are sent via Australia Post Airmail and can take up to 10 working days for delivery. Express Delivery to New Zealand is available at the checkout, and the cost will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order.
Express Delivery Within Australia
Oobi uses Express eParcel via Australia POST for all express deliveries. Please allow 1-2 business days for all deliveries to capital cities and major metropolitan areas throughout Australia, or 3-5 business days for all other areas within Australia.

All prices are in AUD (Australian dollars). The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. All customs charges are the responsibility of the order recipient. If you have any questions regarding overseas duties and custom charges you should contact your local customs office for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Other Delivery Information
- Please read your order confirmation for accuracy. We are only able to amend orders if you get in touch with us within 1 hour of placing your order.
- All orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm on business days.
- To ensure the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address as your shipping address.
1. Signatures and ‘Authority to Leave’
Orders may require a signature upon delivery. An ‘authority to leave’ can be granted to the delivery driver to leave your Oobi order at the shipping address without a signature in the event that no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order. Please note that if 'authority to leave' has been requested by a customer, the delivery driver can at his or her discretion decide not to leave the order unattended if they feel it unwise to do so.
If an authority of leave is provided please ensure clear instructions are given as to where the delivery driver should leave the order at the shipping address.
Note: Oobi Pty Ltd (trading as Oobi Baby & Kids) accepts no liability for orders not received by a customer where an ‘authority to leave’ was granted.
2. Undelivered Orders
In the event where there is no one available at the shipping address to sign for a parcel and an ‘authority to leave’ has not been granted, a note will be left by the delivery driver detailing that the order has been redirected to the closest post office. It is then the customer's responsibility to pick the order up and a customer has 7 days to do so before the order is automatically re-directed back to Oobi HQ. If a customer provides a mobile phone number in the shipping address details, in addition to receiving a note from the delivery driver for a failed delivery, two text messages will also be sent reminding the receiver that their order has been redirected to their local post office and is awaiting pick-up.
To avoid the non-delivery of an order we recommend:
1) Using a business address as the shipping address on an order where the business is open between 9 am and 5 pm;
2) Providing an ‘Authority to Leave’ and instructions for the delivery driver to leave your order in a secure place (Note: Oobi accepts no liability for orders left unattended)
