We totally get it. WHAT size do I order? While we always make sure to include the most amount of info possible to help you choose, sometimes... you aren't sure. Drop us a message via our site (just hit the text bubble icon), Facebook Messenger or via email: hello@oobi.com.au for some help.
But you don't have to worry one bit! We'll exchange your size for FREE with no questions asked on your first order. So if that size 3 is a bit too big, or the size 4 should have been a 5, we'll send you the right size so that you and your little one have the best experience with our beautiful clothing.
Please make sure that you keep the tags on, that pieces are unwashed, unworn and in their perfect condition when you return them. Offer excludes sold out items or final sale items marked no returns. If we don't have your size available we can exchange for another item of the same value.
