Returns & Exchanges

Can I Return An Item?
Yes! That’s no problem with our easy-peasy, no questions asked returns process. You can read more on our returns process here.

My Item Is Too Big/Small - Can I Exchange It?
Of course! And we are happy to offer exchanges straight to you on full priced items. Please contact us and then return it to us and we will replace it (as soon as we receive the garment) for a different size.

We offer store credit for sale priced items, which you can use to order the sizes you require.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the garments must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.


I Received A Faulty Item/The Wrong Item - What Do I Do?
Oooops! It is a really rare occurrence but if you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item please get in contact with us as soon as possible at hello@oobi.com.au and we will resolve that straight away - customer service is our jam!

All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis, and if the garment is faulty, or we made a packing error, return postage is paid by oobi.com.au - no worries, ever! :)

Fabrics

Please understand that we print and dye, or hand screen print, all of our own fabrics in India with non-toxic vegetable dye wherever possible. We are really proud of the quality we are able to produce 100% ethically and with a very low environmental footprint and won’t ever sacrifice on our quality. As we manufacture in this way it means that there can sometimes be small imperfections in the drawing of some of our prints as they are created by hand. We think that this is part of what makes our garments special and unique.  

Coupons

Can I Use More Than One Coupon Code At A Time?
Only one discount code can be used per transaction. However, a discount code and a gift voucher can be used together in one order. 
 
Does Your Free Shipping Offer Work When I Use A Coupon?
Yes! You can use coupons in addition with our free shipping offer. However, orders must be over our free shipping threshold after the coupon has been applied for our Free Shipping to activate.

   

Delivery

I made an international order, but my tracking number is coming up invalid.
Australia Post does not offer tracking with Economy Air delivery service at this stage. If you need Tracking Services (or an urgent delivery) it is offered if you choose our Courier Delivery service.

Can I choose which shipping I get with your Free Shipping offer?
Our free shipping offer applies to orders being sent to an Australian addresses or New Zealand address and is standard shipping only. 

You can use the "express" option and for a small added fee, your freight will be upgraded.

 

Order Amendments 

I made a mistake in my order! Can I change it?
Changes and additions can be made to orders before 1 PM during non-sales periods, and before 10 AM during sales periods. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make these changes if the order has already been packed.

As always, we will try our very best to make it happen! 

When making an online order is there an option to "Purchase As A Gift"
Of course you can purchase as a gift, aren't you lovely?!

All you need to do is continue through to the Checkout stage and just pop in the "Notes To Oobi" box letting us know it's a gift and not to include prices. You can also include a note to the recipient here. We have great hand writing and are happy to help out ;)
 

Sizing

What is the sizing like for your garments?
We are more than happy to help you with the sizing or measurements of our garments and we can guide you through it. Simply email us at hello@oobi.com.au and we will send you the information you need. You can also check our Size Guide & Care Instructions.


We also have a Community Facebook Page which you can join - we'd love to have you there! You can talk to Mums and get loads of advice too. Find the page here: Oobi VIP Group Most of the people in the group will have the garment you're asking about or at least have some really helpful advice. It's an amazing group.

 
Membership Rewards Points

How do my Membership Reward Points work?
With our exciting new Membership Rewards Program, you earn 5 Apple Reward Points for every $1 you spend on the whole website, and you earn 250 points just for opening your account! You can redeem your Apple Reward Points for gift vouchers. Woo! You can read more about our Membership Rewards Program here.
 
My Membership Rewards Points balance is zero, but I’ve made purchases.
In rare circumstances, the Membership Rewards Points can have a slight delay in updating. Just let us know by emailing hello@oobi.com.au and we can make sure your account balance is correct.

How do I claim my Membership Rewards Points?

Item Re-stocks

Can you let me know when a garment is being re-stocked?
We use our email newsletter to announce re-stocked items, sales, events, and new releases, so be sure you sign up at oobi.com.au!

Help! I missed out on my favourite garment - will you restock?

We can't guarantee that any piece will be re-made or restocked. We apologise for any inconvenience. But don't forget to drop us a line if there's something you love.
