Returns

Can I Return An Item?
Yes! That’s no problem with our easy peasy, no questions asked returns process. You can read more on our returns process here.

My Item Is Too Big/Small - Can I Exchange It?
We are happy to now offer exchanges on full priced items. We offer store credit for sale priced items, which you can use to order the sizes you require. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the garments must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.

We have an easy-peasy returns system on full priced items. You return it to us and we will replace it (as soon as we receive the garment) for a different size and cover the shipping costs to you. 
 
I Received A Faulty Item/The Wrong Item - What Do I Do?
It is a rare occurrence that you should receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, but if this happens, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at hello@oobi.com.au. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis, and should we deem a garment faulty, return postage is paid by oobi.com.au.


Coupons

Can I Use More Than One Coupon Code At A Time?
Only one discount code can be used per transaction. However, a discount code and a gift voucher can be used together in one order. 
 
Does Your Free Shipping Offer Work When I Use A Coupon?
You can certainly use coupons in addition with our free shipping offer. However, orders must be over $100 after the coupon has been applied (for our Free Shipping Over $100 Option - Australia/New Zealand).

  

Delivery


I made an international order, but my tracking number is coming up invalid.
Currently, Australia Post does not offer tracking with Economy Air delivery service. Tracking services are offered only with Courier delivery service.

Can I choose which shipping I get with your "Free Shipping on orders over $100" offer?
Our free shipping offer applies to orders being sent to an Australian or New Zealand address, and is standard shipping only. 

 

Order Amendments 

I made a mistake in my order! Can I change it?
Changes and additions can be made to orders before 1 PM during non-sales periods, and before 10 AM during sales periods. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make these changes if the order has already been packed.

When making an online order is there an option to "Purchase As A Gift"
Of course you can purchase as a gift, All you need to do is continue through to the Checkout stage and just pop in the "Notes To Oobi" box letting us know it's a gift and not to include prices. You can also include a note to the recipient here.

What is the sizing like for your garments?

Membership Rewards Points

How do my Membership Reward Points work?
With our exciting new Membership Rewards Program, you earn 5 Apple Reward Points for every $1 you spend on the whole website, and you earn 250 points just for opening your account! You can redeem your Apple Reward Points for gift vouchers. Woo! You can read more about our Membership Rewards Program here.
 
My Membership Rewards Points balance is zero, but I’ve made purchases.
In rare circumstances, the Membership Rewards Points can have a slight delay in updating. Just let us know by emailing hello@oobi.com.au and we can make sure your account balance is correct.

Item Re-stocks

Can you let me know when a garment is being re-stocked?
We use our email newsletter to announce re-stocked items, sales, events, and new releases, so be sure you sign up at oobi.com.au!

Help! I missed out on my favourite garment - will you restock?

We can't guarantee that any piece will be re-made or restocked. We apologise for any inconvenience. But don't forget to drop us a line if there's something you love.


Stockists

How can I find an Oobi stockist in my area?
Email us at hello@oobi.com.au with your suburb and postcode, and we’ll let you know who our stockists are in that area.
