These cotton pants are comfy and stretchy, perfect for active play. It’s worth noting that the item description doesn’t make clear that these are not a traditional fitted legging - this is a baggy fit. The blue has a washed denim look for casual wear.
Hi Dee, thanks so much for your feedback, I’m going to immediately update our description to help others. Our leggings are a bit more baggy than regular leggings and the reason is that we rely on the weave of the fabric to do the stretching, and not blends or plastics - ours are 100% cotton so they don’t behave quite like a typical legging.
You are absolutely right though, this is why we love reviews, that feedback is so helpful to us and us updating our description will help other mums too.
Lovely thick but breathable fabric, nice cut. Looks great with the hems rolled up a few times. Would have liked them better if red ribbon was removable rather than sewn in.
Runs VERY small. I'm usually a small/medium and bought the medium but it's far too small around the waist with little stretch. Length is good for medium.

I hope that the pants still fit and the elastic should loosen up with a few wears (it’s quite a heavy weight elastic for longevity). We really do appreciate you taking the time to let us know and in future yes, I think that’s a great idea too - I think that the trade off of not losing the belt/ties vs being able to remove them, is worth it (coming from a belt, sock misplacer - haha) you are absolutely right.
These pants are bright and beautiful, made from a thick cotton and certain to become a favourite. The size 10 fits my 8.5 year old very well, and she’s of average size, so I’d recommend going a size up if you’d prefer longer wear.

I absolutely love the Women’s Red Heart Maxi Dress. The fit is beautifully oversized but still keeps its structure so it feels really flattering and comfortable at the same time. One of my favourite things is that you can match with your mini, which makes it extra special for mums. And of course… it has pockets, which is always a win. As my beautiful baby is learning to crawl she has her bum in the air a lot so we are in the phase of needing bloomers but the heart ra-ra skirt is even better!
