We’re so confident in our 20 years of pattern-making experience, with patterns created in Sydney for Australian sizing standards, that your first order exchange is on us.

If you choose the wrong size, or the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

Simply contact us within 90 days for exchange instructions. If your preferred size is unavailable, we can exchange it for another garment in the correct size, provided the price is equal or close to equal.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We have a super-fast pick-and-dispatch guarantee, usually within 1–2 business days. During launches and sale periods, it may take a little longer, so please bear with us.

Australian orders to capital cities typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Express orders are prioritised and dispatched within 24 hours.

Overseas and remote Australian deliveries can take 7–16 days. Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email, so you can follow your delivery at every stage.

What size should I choose, and how can I get help?

Helping with fit and sizing is part of our job and our skill set. With 20 years of industry experience, we’re always happy to help.

Go by age - If your child, or the child you’re purchasing for, is of average height, simply choose their age. If they are taller or shorter than average, size up or down.

Go by height - This is a more precise way to choose. All Oobi garments include age and height comparisons in centimetres. Our size guide also includes helpful tips for measuring a child’s height without a tape measure.
