What is your 90 Day Perfect Fit Guarantee & free exchanges?

We are so confident in our years of pattern making experience (and patterns made in Sydney for Aussie standards) that your first order exchanges are on us.

Should you choose the wrong size, or should our clothes not fit for any reason, we will cover the costs for returns and also for the exchange.

Simply contact us for more info on how to exchange in the unlikely event that your outfit not fit, within 90 days.

If your preferred size is not available in the style chosen, we will happily exchange for a different garment in the correct size as long as the price is
equal or close to equal.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are.

We have a super fast pick and dispatch guarantee, usually no more than 1-2 business days. During launch and sale times it can take a little longer, please bear with us.

Australian orders for capital cities typically take about 3-5 business days to arrive.

Express orders are prioritised and dispatched within 24 hours.

Overseas or remote Australian deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You can track & follow the shipping process at every stage using the information supplied.

What size do I choose? How can I get help?

Helping with fit and sizing is part of our job and our skill set. With 20 years of industry experience, we are happy to help.

Go by age- if your child or the child you are purchasing for is of "average" height, simply choose by age. If they are taller or shorter
than average upsize or downsize.

Go by height- this is a much more precise way to choose and all Oobi garments have height and age comparisons with height in cms. In the link below we have helpful tips about how to measure your child's height without a tape measure too!
