Will her dress arrive before Christmas?

Order by Friday 18 December for standard delivery in Australia before Christmas, or by Sunday 20 December with Express. WA, NT and remote areas can take a few days longer, so get in early.

Sending a gift? Post it straight to them, and whoever opens it can swap the size within 90 days of the order (sale items get store credit).

How do cm sizes, like 120, match Oobi's age sizes?

Lots of labels show her height in centimetres. Ours go by age, so match her height to our sizes: 2Y fits 92 to 98cm, 3Y 98 to 104cm, 4Y 104 to 110cm, 5Y 110 to 116cm, 6Y 116 to 122cm, 7Y 122 to 128cm and 8Y 128 to 134cm.

So size 120 is our 6Y. No tape measure handy? Go by her age if she's average height.

Wrong size? We have a generous 90-day exchange or return window. If you need to swap sizes, your first order exchange is on us, postage both ways.

How do I keep the colours bright?

Cold machine wash with a mild detergent, no bleach or brighteners, then line dry or dry flat in the shade. Add a pinch of salt to the first wash of a bright print, and don't leave it sitting wet in the machine.

What is gingham?

Gingham is the classic check of picnic rugs and 1950s sundresses. Ours is always dyed or chosen to match Oobi colours, so it feels nostalgic and fresh at the same time.
